School Age Care at Growing Minds is a dynamic and enriching program designed to support children aged 5-10 as they navigate through their elementary school years. Our dedicated team of educators and caregivers understands the unique needs and challenges faced by school-aged children, providing a safe, stimulating environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive outside of traditional school hours. We offer before and after school care, as well as care during school holidays and summer breaks, ensuring that your child’s days are filled with structured activities, homework support, and opportunities to make new friends. Our balanced curriculum combines educational experiences with engaging play, encouraging the development of social, emotional, and physical skills. Whether your child is interested in arts and crafts, science experiments, sports, or just needs a quiet place to unwind, our School Age Care program is tailored to meet their individual needs. Our goal is to complement the school day by offering a variety of enrichment activities that promote learning and discovery in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Each student should bring along all of the materials needed for their school day in a labeled backpack. Students should also bring along a drinking cup that travels well.

We promptly leave at 8:30am for school drop off. Students will then be picked up at the conclusion of their school day and arrive back at our center around 3:30pm. Afternoons are filled with homework help if needed, free play, and visits to our age-appropriate playground!

Our school age students will work on learning how to balance the newfound world of traditional schooling. Our main goal is to provide support in every area that each student needs, whether it’s their first day of kindergarten or their last day of fifth grade.

We do! We provide transportation to Shoemaker, Macungie, Wescosville, Lincoln, and Jefferson Elementary Schools.
